Cooking Challenge
Although it wasn't particularly one of my New Year's resolutions, this year I decided to try and become more of a whiz in the kitchen. I've always enjoyed cooking but I've never considered myself a foodie or thought that my palette was particularly well defined.
The reason I decided to take more of an interest in cooking is kind of lame and one that my friend said that I shouldn't share with anyone, ever (hint: it is to do with the Sims). I decided that 2017 is the year for personal development, whether that be in the form of becoming culinary wizard or something else.
So, Ive decided to share my cooking journey with you guys and share my experience, on dishes that I have made so far and my thoughts on them! My mum, grandmother and I are currently on health kick and so most of the meals I post will be healthy buuuuut who can resist the occasional indulgence.... :P
For my first challenge I attempted to make Bibimbap, a really popular Korean dish that consists mainly of veggies, meat (although there is a vegetarian option) and a handful of brown rice - click here to check it out, I can't wait to see what you guys think and if you have any helpful hints or tips to help make any of the meals even tastier!
