Corsica, Here I Come!

So, my birthday is coming up and I'm getting whisked off to Corsica for a few days.... I cannot wait!!

We are staying in the beautiful Ajaccio and so I've been been asking people for fun recommendations left, right and centre. 

Have any of you even been? And if so what would you recommend seeing or doing?

A friend has already recommended Santa Giulia beach which has some of the more beautiful water I've ever seen, you can easily think that you're in the Caribbean! Unfortunately, it may be too far from where we are staying so please let me know if you have any top tips for a visit to Corsica!
